Our history

Founded in 1919 in Philipberg, Germany as a company dealing in herbs and remedies, Herbaria celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2019. In 1980, Otto Glaser, the current owner of Herbaria, took over and moved the company to its current headquarters in Bavaria. Since then, as a pioneer of organic spices and herbs, Herbaria has developed original products such as herbal teas, herbal salts, and spice seasonings. It has grown into a brand that can be found in shops and drugstores.
